Molly is a filmmaker and video editor based in New York City. Her work has been recognized in film festivals such as Nyack International Film Festival (2025) and Mount Vernon Film Festival (2025), winning an Excellence in Merit award in the LGBTQ Unbordered International Film Festival (2025). Her photographs have been published in Playbill and People.
Molly's video and photo work orbits within the performing arts and queer spaces with a pull towards a documentary, cinéma vérité style. Whilst maintaining a fly-on-the-wall type of presence, Molly strives to create trusting relationships with whomever finds themselves in front of her camera.
Over the past ten months, Molly has been filming a friend group of queer and trans Brooklyn drag performers. The documentary will go into post production in early 2026. Funds are currently being raised to complete the project. You can find out more about it here.
